In order for your invoices not to include VAT, we require you to send us your ID card scanned on both sides or a Tax Residence Certificate, which accredits your residence in one of these Autonomous Communities.
You can send it by email to info@dondominio.com indicating your username or from the "Support" section of the customer area.
It is necessary that you send us the document before making any purchase, otherwise previous purchases will be issued with VAT.
