How can I change my client data?

There are two types of client data that you can modify: contact information and billing information. The process to modify them is different depending on the type.

Modifying Contact Information:

Email contact, phone, and postal address are the contact details on your client account, and you can modify them at any time from the Account section of your client area.

In this section, you can click the Edit button next to each of these details to modify them:

Modifying Billing Information:

If you need to modify the billing information of your client account, such as the name, the person or company holder of the account, or its tax identification number, you will need to request a change of such data. The process is similar, differing only insofar as it is subject to a review of the request before its approval.

You can access the Account section from the initial screen of your client area:

From this section, you can click on Change Data next to the billing information, where a box with the form to modify your client account details will appear:

Once you have entered the new data and accepted the Privacy Policy, click on Modify to send the request, which will be pending review. If the requested change requires you to attach documentation, you can do so in the Attached Documentation box.

Once these details are verified (24-72 hours), you will receive confirmation of the change made to your client account.
