My domain redirection is not working, why is it happening?
If a web redirection does not work, it is usually due to the browser cache. Test by pressing CONTROL + F5 (CMD+ALT+R on MAC) to update the browser cache.
Sometimes it is necessary to delete all the information stored in the browser cache to prevent your domain from displaying the same content that you have previously visited. To do this you will need to access your web browser configuration menu or tools and completely delete the history, cookies and cache. Once this process is completed, access your domain again to check the redirection.
It may also be because the destination URL is malformed, does not exist, or the final web does not load correctly.
