I have contracted my domain name but I try to access via Web and it doesn’t work. Why not?

When registering a domain and assigning it a hosting plan or external DNS, they will need to propagate across the network. This process is automatic and typically takes around 6 to 12 hours for most extensions, although it may vary depending on the rules of each extension.

While the DNS is propagating, you can configure the domain, create email accounts, modify the DNS Zone, etc., but the web/email service will not be fully operational until the DNS propagation is complete.

You can check the DNS propagation status from your Client Area by accessing the domain management section and clicking on "Check DNS propagation."
