My domain redirection is not working, why is it happening?

If a web redirect is not working, it is usually due to the browser cache. Try pressing CONTROL+F5 (CMD+ALT+R on MAC) to refresh the browser cache, use another browser or even an incognito window.

In some cases, it is necessary to clear all information stored in the browser cache to prevent your domain from displaying the same content you have previously visited. To do this, you will need to go to the settings or tools of your web browser and completely clear the history, cookies, and cache. Once this process is completed, access your domain again to check the redirect.

It may also be due to the destination URL being malformed, nonexistent, or the web not loading correctly.

As a final check, to rule out the possibility of cache being present in the network, try with another device connected to a different network. For example, with a mobile device, using the mobile network, without being connected to Wi-Fi.
